The Elkhart County Symphony Orchestra celebrates its 75th anniversary season in 2022-23, and is partnering with the library to bring stories to life with music. For this first event in the series, the Zephyr Wind Quartet will accompany a reading of Barb Rosenstock’s “The Noisy Paint Box.” This special, all-ages storytime also will showcase images of Vasya Kandinsky’s artworks, the basis for the book.
